LSU Flagship Research Innovation Fund: Travel Support Program
The fund provides matching travel grants of up to $1,200 to assist faculty with reimbursable expenses for research-related travel. The program aims to enable faculty to present original research, scholarship, or creative activity at national and international conferences. This fund is focused on assisting early career faculty with promotion of research accomplishments to their respective research community and to build research networks and collaborative opportunities.
- Matching funds must be provided from department, unit, or college at a rate of 1:1.
- Funds from external grants and endowed professorships cannot be used as a cost match.
- Faculty will be asked to provide a post-travel report of their activities.
